1. Appointments & Services

Cancellations with 24+ Hours Notice:
If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, you will not be charged, and any prepayments will be refunded in full or credited to your account. -
Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours Notice):
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee or partial refund, at the discretion of the practitioner. -
No-Shows:
Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable. We value your time and hope you value ours too. -
Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. Less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation.
2. Pre Paid Packages

Unused Packages:
Refunds for unused services purchased in advance may be issued within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the services in the package have been used. -
Partially Used Packages:
Refunds on partially used packages will be prorated based on the standard single-session rate for used services.

3. Practitioner-Specific Policies
Appointments can be booked through our website or directly with practitioners. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee at the discretion of the practitioner.
